Health trackers tend to do everything at once, or want an account and a weekly subscription before you can log a single number. The Vitals apps each do one thing: keep the readings from your own cuff, meter, scale or Apple Watch, explain them in plain words, and turn them into a report your doctor can read at a glance.
Honest by design: the apps never claim to measure anything with your iPhone. They log what your device measured, show where it sits against public guidelines or your own baseline, and always remind you that this is information, not medical advice.
All four apps share one codebase and one design, so they look and work the same way. Each is a separate download with its own focus, and your readings stay on your iPhone and in your private iCloud.
Log systolic, diastolic and pulse in three seconds, with arm, position and notes. Plain-language categories from the American Heart Association, mornings vs evenings, with and without medication, and a doctor-ready PDF.

Big fields and the keyboard you already know, with focus jumping to the next field. Duplicate readings are caught before they are saved.
Readings from your cuff, meter, smart scale or Apple Watch appear by themselves, and what you log here is saved back to Health. Re-imports are matched so nothing is counted twice.
A clean PDF with the chart, averages, category counts and every reading with its notes, ready to print or share.
Big numbers, a 30-day chart with your target line, and with Pro charts for 3 months and a year and side-by-side comparisons.
Log from your wrist with the Digital Crown, glance at a complication or a Lock Screen widget, or ask Siri to log a reading or tell you the last one.
Keep separate logs for the people you care for, with gentle reminders that can nudge again if nothing was logged.
No account and no servers holding your health data. Private iCloud sync, automatic local backups and CSV export at any time.
One monorepo, four apps. Each app is a thin shell over a shared Swift package with the data model, HealthKit sync, UI, widgets and PDF reports, so a fix lands in all four at once. Readings are stored with SwiftData and sync through each user's private CloudKit database.
Two-way HealthKit sync uses background delivery, sample UUIDs and sync versions to avoid duplicates. Charts are drawn with Swift Charts, reports with PDFKit, and each app ships with an Apple Watch app, WidgetKit widgets and complications, and App Intents for Siri. A unit test keeps every screen free of phrases that would claim the app measures anything. No third-party dependencies.
Per app: monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. No weekly plan.
The free tier never limits how many readings you log. Pro is for deeper history, reports and the whole family.
Your readings stay on your iPhone, in Apple Health and in your own private iCloud. No account, no analytics, no ads. We run no servers that receive your health data.
